We offer an optional service that allows all **unlisted** items from a Premium Clean Out Bag to be returned to you. This service can be requested when you order a **Premium** Clean Out Kit or through the bag's details on the Clean Outs page. The additional $4.99 fee will be deducted from your total bag earnings, so there's no need to pay for this service upfront.

Please note that this service **cannot** be added after a bag is received at a ThredUp warehouse. If it is not added on your bag when the bag is processed, all unlisted items will be immediately processed for UPcycling and cannot be returned.
