Our Cleanout Kit is a term we use for our physical cleanout bags _**OR**_ our printable labels, both of which expire within 3 months of being requested.

*   **For labels:** Sellers use their own packaging if they opt for a printable label
    

Sellers can choose to send in their gently used items to ThredUp for consignment **OR** for donation. We currently have 3 options for our cleanout service:

*   Standard
    
    *   By selecting standard, all unaccepted items will be reused + responsibly recycled
        
*   Premium
    
    *   If a premium item is purchased with a promo code, the payout will only be impacted by up to 20% max.
        
    *   Sellers have the option to receive their unaccepted items shipped back to them.
        
*   Donation
    
    *   In lieu of a payout, we donate $5 per donation bag to seller’s selected charity
