While we’re committed to only giving you quality goods, creating waste is also not our jam. A lot of pieces just don’t make the cut, others are past their prime, and some just need a little TLC!

Rescue boxes most often include items that don’t meet our high quality standards, as they may have cosmetic defects, be missing labels, tags or hardware, or need to be cleaned or mended. We do not reimburse the costs of any cleaning or repairs for the items included in a Rescues box, regardless of condition. 

IMPORTANT: Rewards may not be applied to Rescues. Rescue box orders are final sale, non-refundable, and non-returnable (partially or in full). Rescue boxes are also subject to local, state, and regional taxes as they apply to the category of items purchased.

Once a Rescue Box is shipped, you’ll receive an email with all of your tracking information. Your order can take up to 10 business days to be fulfilled, as available inventory is based on what we have received in our warehouses. 

If your order is incorrect or if you have a formal reseller license, please reach out to our Customer Service team with your order number and details of the discrepancy so our team can assist you further. If you have a license note that we will need a photo.

Note: Rescue boxes can be paid for only with a credit card or with ThredUp credits. PayPal isn't available to use for these orders.
