We accept an average of **60–80%** of items sent in Standard Clean Outs, and **80–90%** in Premium Clean Outs.

### **Premium Clean Outs**

Unlisted items are returned to you by default. You can choose to have them reused or recycled instead.

Please note: [All No-Payout Brands](https://www.thredup.com/cleanout/common-ineligible-brands) are not eligible to be returned if not accepted for sale by ThredUp.

Where does ThredUp send my returned items?

Our team will send your bag to the address to which it was originally mailed. If your shipping address has changed, please [reach out](https://www.thredup.com/contact) to Customer Service before your bag is processed – we would be happy to update the shipping address on file.

  

If your bag was already shipped to an outdated address, we recommend contacting USPS to establish a mail forwarding address since packages cannot be rerouted.

  

How do I track my returned items?

Once your bag ships, it can take up to 8 business days to be delivered. If your tracking information is no longer updating, please [reach out](https://www.thredup.com/contact) to Customer Service for additional assistance.

  

Returning items that don’t sell

You can opt to reclaim an item in the final 7 days of its listing window for a $5.99 fee per item (to offset our processing and storage costs), plus return shipping. Reclaim items by visiting your [Seller Dashboard](https://www.thredup.com/my/cleanouts), then viewing the “Items” tab. Reclaimable items can be added to your cart from there, and returned to any shipping address.
