Bag orders cannot be canceled, but you're under no obligation to use a bag you've ordered from us. Your bag may be mailed through UPS. Please check your shipping label for the correct drop-off location. Tracking will begin once the bag is scanned into transit back to ThredUp.

Please note: both labels and bags can be found in your [**Seller Dashboard**](https://www.thredup.com/my/cleanouts?filter=all) in the "Kits" tab. You can reprint labels, but be sure to only use it once! 

  

Why can't I order a Clean Out Kit?

Our Clean Out services are currently only available to customers within the 48 contiguous US states. We hope to expand to other states and countries in the future!
