International customers can still return items to us if they don't work out; however, you will be responsible for covering the shipping fees. 

Feel free to make a return at any time by visiting the [returns page](https://www.thredup.com/my/returns) and follow the prompts, Simply print out your return form and include it inside your return package. 

Please initiate your return and mail it to the following address:

Please note that a customs form is also required for all international returns. 

If we've listed an item incorrectly or there's a problem with your order, we will make it right. Important: Orders that are refused upon delivery and returned back to ThredUp will not be refunded.
