# How do I find my earnings and cash out?

In order to access your bags earnings, simply go to your [Clean Outs](https://www.thredup.com/my/cleanouts) page. Here you'll see all your bags, items, and earnings. Any earnings in your account will automatically be applied to purchases you make on a first in, first out basis. 

If you'd prefer not to use your earnings towards a ThredUp purchase, they can be cashed out via PayPal or Stripe direct deposit. Visit our [Cash Out](https://www.thredup.com/cleanout/cashout) page to see participating partner brands, select your preferred method of cashing out, and type in all the necessary information. 

**PayPal** -Earnings will be deposited in your PayPal account in 24-48 hours

**Stripe** -Earnings can take 1-3 business days to post, and up to a week if it's your first time using Stripe

Please also note that ThredUp does not offer cash or checks at this time.

**Cashing out with PayPal:**

1\. Enter the total earnings you'd like to transfer to your PayPal account   
2\. Enter the email address associated with your PayPal account   
3\. Check the email address associated with your ThredUp account. You'll receive a verification code in order to complete your cash out request.  
4\. After you enter the code, your earnings will be deposited to your PayPal account, minus a $0.25 transfer fee  
\*Cash outs can be made up to $1,000 at a time.

**Cashing out with Stripe:**

1\. Enter the total earnings you'd like to transfer to Stripe  
2\. Click Transfer with Stripe, and if you don't have a Stripe account you'll be prompted to create one  
3\. Check the email address associated with your ThredUp account. You'll receive a verification code in order to complete your cash out request  
4\. After you enter the code, your earnings will be transferred to your Stripe account, minus $0.25 and a 1.5% transfer fee.   
\*Cash outs can be made up to $3,000 at a time 

Please note that it can take 1-3 business days for your deposit to transfer to your bank account, and up to a week if it's your first time using Stripe.

Important: 

Please note that earnings will remain in your account for 1 year. If your earnings are not cashed out within that year, they will be converted into an e-gift card, which will be emailed to you. The funds will then be useable only on our site.
