ThredUp processes orders as quickly as possible, which means we may not be able to cancel your order before it is labeled for shipment. If a cancellation is not possible, you may be able to take advantage of our easy returns process. If you'd like to cancel your order, please reach out to Customer Support with your order number as soon as possible. 

Note that items included in a canceled order won't be available for purchase for a few days. If you're canceling because you forgot to add a promo code to your order, please reach out to Customer Support. 

Regrettably, we're unable to cancel bundled orders, even if the bundle is open and has not yet been packed or shipped.
