**Does ThredUp offer gift cards and how do I purchase one?**

Yes, ThredUp offers digital and physical gift cards to customers residing in the United States. Our physical cards are sourced from recyclable materials and can be recycled to help spread the thrifting spirit while preventing additional waste.

You can order gift cards **[here](https://thredup.egifter.com/)** to be sent to you or directly to your gift recipient. You can purchase up to 10 gift cards at a time up to a combined value of $5000. If you need to purchase more, please place multiple orders. All gift card purchases are final sale, and note that promotions or account credit cannot be applied to gift card purchases. Once you order a gift card, you (and the recipient if you choose to send directly) will receive confirmation via email.

**How do I use my ThredUp gift card?** 

Gift cards can be used on our desktop and mobile site (not currently in the mobile app). At check out you’ll see the option to apply a gift card to your order, and you’ll need the card number and the pin. You can use up to 3 gift cards per order, and if further payment is due you’ll be able to add your credit/debit card or PayPal information.

First, click on Apply a Gift Card. Then, add the gift card number and pin.

Please note that gift cards cannot be used in combination with Afterpay purchases, on Rescue Boxes or for orders that contain items from 3rd party sellers.

**How do I check my ThredUp gift card balance and how do I get more help?**

Check your gift card balance **[here](https://balance.clutch.com/thredup)**. You will also see the remaining balance when you apply a previously used gift card to a new order.

**What should I do if I lost my gift card or it was stolen?**
